Glam Wreath DIY

"May your days be merry and bright..." ~ White Christmas

I don't know about you but I am not down with predictable decor. I absolutely LOVE holiday decorations but am so over the tired ol' red and green nonsense [blah!]. I have been looking for a sparkle glam wreath for my entry for what seems like forever [or at least since October].  There are many lovely options out there but none really had the pizazz I wanted. So, I decided to make my own.  This was an easy peasy project that took one mindless evening.

Remove the caps and begin by filling the inside of the wreath with the holes pointing up.  Repeat the process on the outside.  I used an 18" wreath form because I wanted a larger look.

Flip the wreath over and begin filling in the empty spaces.  I ended up using two large containers of medium ornaments when it was all said and done.  I also used some large that I had around the house and the tiny bulbs are good for filling in the awkward spaces.

Voila!  Here is the completed wreath.  I apologize for the glare.  This home is quite the challenge to photograph.  All in all, the entire project costs about $40. I purchased everything from Hobby Lobby where all the Christmas decor is 50% off.  It turned out more of a beast than I had anticipated but can you ever really have too much sparkle?

Have the best day ever!
