Fall Wardrobe

Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.
Albert Camus

I have been thinking about adding some pieces to my fall wardrobe lately.  As I've gotten older, I try to buy a few high quality, classic items each season.  I used to be such an impulse buyer which would inevitably lead my guilty ass back to the mall to return said purchase.  I now try to think about the items I buy and how they can best be worn. I like a good mix of high and low to get me through the fall|winter months.

I have compiled some basic pieces that can be worn over and over in a variety of ways.  If you are going to throw out some coin, it should be wearable for years, right? The pieces I am swooning over are the asymmetrical top [because I am loving anything asymmetrical right now] and this Raymond Weil beauty.  I remember while living in Boston visiting the store each day on my lunch hour to drool over the watch case.  Here we are, thirteen years later [oh my gosh, could that be right?] and I am still hooked.  Dear Andrew, Christmas is coming and I have been a very good girl. [cue the eyelash batting....] ;)

Have the most beautiful day,
Lisa
